Setup Help Needed
Applefest setup begins the weekend of September 12 & 13. 
Volunteers are needed to assist with tables, chairs, signage, moving of equipment, lights, and general setup.

Parking Help Needed
Every guest’s experience at Applefest begins the moment they pull onto our grounds—and that means parking duty is more than just directing cars, It’s an important act of hospitality.

Our parking volunteers help set the tone for the entire festival, greeting guests with a friendly smile and ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and safe from the very first interaction.

We’re looking for volunteers to serve on the Parking Team during the festival hours on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is a crucial part of our hospitality, and your help will make a huge difference in how guests experience Applefest.
