Basic Instructions for Generating Giving Statements from Email

1.  Follow the link in the email that says "Get My 2021 Giving Statement"
2.  Log in to your St. John, Church Community Builder account using your email address and password. 
3.  If you do not remember your log-in credentials, use the “Forgot Password” button to reset your password.
4.  To generate your giving statement, make sure the statement Type is set as “Family”, select the Quick Date Range of “Last Year”, and click “Run Report”.
